North Leamington Spa
This was a big project, we had to rip out the old bathroom and take it back to brick. Unfortunately we found that two of the floor joists had rotten and needed replacing. Once they were fixed up we replaced the subfloor to give us a good solid base for their new tiled flooring and generous walk-in shower.
The client wanted their bathroom to respect the period their property was built, while also adding a modern feel. Period features include the free standing roll top bath, with freestanding taps piped in from the floor and wooden panelling throughout. The Burlington brassware complimented this really well.

Hampton Magna
Smart kitchen renovation near Warwick with new floor, Howdens kitchen and custom built in cabinetry. After removing the previous kitchen, we ripped up the old flooring and removed and re-positioned a stud wall to create more space, while leaving enough for a new side entrance boot room and pantry.
The herringbone flooring runs throughout all of the downstairs of the property adding a genuine wow factor. We helped the customer with their choice of kitchens, giving them a choice of different options, in the end they decided to go with a Howdens kitchen, with integrated appliances.

Older houses can provide extra challenges with their unique layouts and room dimensions. We made the most of the space with this bathroom by building and fitting a shelving unit and cabinet into the entrance of the bathroom, providing much needed storage space. The corner shower enclosure fitted perfectly and is a great way to use space effectively. This is also true for the wall hung sink and cabinet, toilet and the concealed cistern.
